Concept redesign

Show the agent working.

FRANK is an AI operator for insurance brokers. This is an unsolicited redesign of its landing page, pitched to the founder: instead of describing the operator, the page shows it doing the job, from the inbox to the portals to a quote you approve in one click.

The whole landing

Every section, top to bottom.

The full page as designed, cut in two and read left to right. Below it, the same page at tablet and phone widths.

Context

Brokers don’t buy an “AI operator”. They buy the hours it gives back.

Within about five seconds of the hero, a broker sees a real-looking workspace: tasks handled overnight, hours saved, quotes sent. Everything after that proves the claim with product UI rather than abstract illustration.

The live run

One quote, from WhatsApp to approval, in four timed steps.

The live-run rail plays a real broker request end to end: the message arrives, the documents are read, three insurer portals are worked, and the quote waits for one click.

FRANK live-run rail: a WhatsApp request, an extracted deed, three insurer portals compared and a quote ready for approval, on a timeline.
Live run · request → ready

Product as illustration

Every section is the product doing one job.

How it works, the quotes bento and the renewals calendar that gives “ten hours back” are all built from the operator’s own interface, so the page never needs a stock illustration.

Three breakpoints

Designed at 1440, 810 and 390, and built to match.

The Figma file carries all three breakpoints; the Astro + Motion build mirrors them, with Lenis scroll, structured data and an llms.txt so AI search can read the page.

The pitch

The founder received a 23-page journey deck, in English and Portuguese.

The research, the 32 landscapes considered for the hero, the reasoning behind each section and the build, packaged so the founder could read it without a call.
